1. Service provider and scope
The service provider and publisher of Anı Tonu is Emre Aydın. Seviye Labs is not a legal entity; it is the studio brand under which Emre Aydın offers his apps.

These terms govern your use of the Anı Tonu iPhone app. By downloading or using the app, you acknowledge that you have read these terms and the Privacy Policy. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Version 1.0 is distributed only through the Türkiye App Store.
2. The service provided by the app
Anı Tonu lets you apply visual filters, adjust intensity, and add an optional date stamp to photos you select or take, all on your device, and then save or share the result. Previews may vary slightly across displays, color profiles, and export conditions. The app is not a professional archiving, forensic-verification, or lossless image-processing service.
3. License to use
You receive a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal, non-commercial use, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and these terms. Rights in the code, design, brand elements, and original content belong to Emre Aydın (Seviye Labs) or his licensors.
4. Your photos and responsibilities
Rights in your photos remain with you or the relevant rights holder. Anı Tonu claims no ownership of photos edited on your device.
- You must have the rights and permissions required for content you edit and share.
- You must respect personality rights, privacy, copyright, and trademark rights.
- You must not use the app for unlawful content or content that infringes another person’s rights.
- You must obtain any permission required before sharing a photo of another person.
Bypassing security measures, using the app with malicious code, or abusing the app is prohibited, except where expressly permitted by applicable law.
5. Free plan and Anı Tonu+
The app offers free and paid tiers within a single app. The free tier includes certain looks and output limits. Anı Tonu+ is a one-time in-app purchase that unlocks all essential looks, full-resolution export, and increased Makara capacity. It is not a subscription. Current features and pricing are shown in the App Store and on the purchase screen before you confirm the transaction.
“One-time” means that the relevant in-app purchase entitlement is offered without a subscription. Payment, tax, restoration, and refund processes are subject to Apple’s rules.
6. Advertising and third-party services
The current production version contains no active advertising SDK and displays no ads. If ads are introduced in the future, the provider and its data practices will be disclosed in advance in the Privacy Policy. The terms of any third party you select in the iOS share sheet apply to that service. Apple operates the App Store and handles payment and refund processing.
7. Updates and termination
The app may be updated for security, compatibility, or product-development purposes. Changes in device, operating-system, or App Store support may affect some features. You may stop using the app by deleting it from your device.
8. Warranty and limitation of liability
Anı Tonu is provided with reasonable care, but uninterrupted or error-free operation on every device, or suitability for a particular creative result, is not guaranteed. You should keep backups of source photos and check the output before sharing important content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for intent, gross negligence, mandatory consumer rights, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory jurisdiction and legal-remedy rights available where you reside. Consumer arbitration committees, consumer courts, and other legal remedies may be used in accordance with current law. 10. Changes
These terms may be updated as the product or applicable law changes. Appropriate notice will be provided for material changes, and the last-updated date will be revised. Mandatory consumer rights acquired before an update remain protected.
