How do I restart a level?
Use the Retry button on the results screen. Your game progress is stored on your device.
How are the projectiles different?
The steel projectile gains speed, the heavy projectile pushes with greater force, the explosive projectile deals damage and applies force around it, and the splitting projectile breaks into pieces when tapped.
What do I get for watching a rewarded ad?
If you run out of shots while a target remains, and an ad is available, you may optionally watch it to receive one extra shot. No reward is granted if the ad is not completed.
How do I remove ads?
Use the Remove Ads option on the results screen to make a one-time in-app purchase. This purchase is not a subscription.
How do I restore my purchase?
Use Restore Purchase in the app and make sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account. Apple manages payments and refunds.
Will my progress transfer to another phone?
Level progress is currently stored only on your device and is not linked to a developer account. The ad-removal purchase can be restored using the same Apple Account.
The game will not open or is freezing. What should I do?
Close and reopen the app, make sure your device has enough free space, and check that you are using an up-to-date version of iOS. If the issue continues, email us with your device, iOS, and app versions.
How can I delete my data?
Smash Kule does not create accounts. Delete the app to remove local game progress and settings. You may ask us by email to delete a support message.
