1. Data controller and contact information
The publisher of Smash Kule and the data controller under Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) is Emre Aydın. Seviye Labs is not a legal entity; it is the studio brand under which Emre Aydın offers his apps.
- Data controller: Emre Aydın, an individual operating under the Seviye Labs brand
- Only official contact channel: support@seviyelabs.com
- Support page: seviyelabs.com/en/support/smash-kule
2. Game data
Smash Kule does not require an account and does not use a developer-operated backend service. Level progress, settings, ad-removal status, and similar game preferences are stored on your device. This local data is not uploaded to a developer server.
3. Advertising and Unity Ads
The free version may display interstitial ads and optional rewarded ads through the Unity Ads SDK provided by Unity Technologies. For ad delivery, measurement, analytics, fraud prevention, security, and legal compliance, Unity Ads may process approximate location, such as country-level location; device or user identifiers; purchase history; ad interactions and other usage data; SDK performance data; and technical information such as device language, brand, model, screen size, and connection type. These data types are disclosed conservatively in the App Store privacy disclosure. If you report an ad to Unity, the support information you provide in that report may also be processed.
Unity’s current data practices are governed by the Unity Privacy Policy.
4. Contextual advertising and tracking permission
Smash Kule 1.0 sends Unity Ads signals indicating a non-behaviorally targeted advertising preference and that consent for personalized advertising under the GDPR has not been granted. These signals restrict advertising to contextual mode; they do not mean that all technical data processing stops. The app does not request access to Apple’s advertising identifier (IDFA), does not display the App Tracking Transparency permission prompt, and does not enable cross-app tracking that requires permission. Unity Ads may continue to process device identifiers other than IDFA and other technical information to deliver and measure contextual ads and to support security and fraud prevention.
5. In-app purchase
“Remove Ads” is a one-time in-app purchase processed through Apple StoreKit. Apple verifies the purchase entitlement; the data controller does not have access to your payment-card or bank information. The entitlement is also marked on the device and may be restored using the same Apple Account. Apple’s own privacy terms apply.
6. Retention and deletion
Delete the app from your device to remove local game data. Purchase records held by Apple are subject to your Apple Account terms and applicable law. For Unity Ads data, you may use Unity’s privacy-request tools or contact us.
7. Support requests
When you email us, your address, message, and any technical information you voluntarily provide are processed to answer your request and investigate the issue. We aim to retain support records for no longer than 12 months after a request is closed, although legal obligations may require longer retention. Do not include unnecessary personal information in your message.
Support correspondence is processed in the support@seviyelabs.com mailbox, whose email infrastructure is provided by GoDaddy. GoDaddy is a global service provider, and support messages may be processed on systems outside Türkiye. GoDaddy’s Privacy Policy applies to its own processing.
8. International transfers and third parties
Unity Ads and Apple are global service providers. Data processed for advertising, store, and support purposes may be stored on or accessed through systems outside Türkiye. Each provider’s privacy policy, agreements, and applicable transfer safeguards govern its own processing.
9. Children’s privacy
Smash Kule is not specifically designed for children. If you believe a child’s personal data has been sent to us through the support channel, contact us to request its deletion.
10. Your rights and changes
You may send requests under Article 11 of the KVKK to support@seviyelabs.com. This policy and its last-updated date will be revised when the product, provider, or applicable law changes.
