Privacy Policy

1. Data controller and contact information

The publisher of Anı Tonu and the data controller under Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) is Emre Aydın. Seviye Labs is not a legal entity; it is the studio brand under which Emre Aydın offers his apps.

You may send privacy notices and data-subject requests to this email address. Written notices are also handled through the same address.

2. How are your photos processed?

Anı Tonu applies filters, intensity adjustments, and an optional date stamp to images you take with the camera or select through Apple’s system photo picker.

  • Photo processing takes place on your device.
  • Photos are not uploaded for processing to the data controller’s servers or any other server; the app has no backend.
  • You do not need to create an account, and no developer-operated cloud photo archive is created.
  • If you choose to save, the edited photo is written to your Photos library with your iOS permission.
  • The Makara feature stores a preview whose longest edge is no more than 1,600 pixels, together with editing information, only on your device.
  • If you choose to share, the content is sent to the person or app you select in the iOS share sheet.

3. Permissions

The app may request access to the camera, system photo selection, or permission to add to Photos only when you use the relevant feature. You can change these permissions in iOS Settings.

4. Information stored on your device

The current version does not create an account or user profile and does not send location, contacts, usage analytics, or photos to the data controller’s server. There is no backend service. Limited app preferences, such as the number of successful exports, are stored only on your device. Anı Tonu+ purchase entitlement is verified through Apple StoreKit; Apple processes the payment, and the data controller does not have access to your payment-card information.

5. Makara, retention, and deletion

The free plan stores previews of the six most recent outputs on the device; Anı Tonu+ stores the most recent 24. Deleting an item from Makara does not delete the original output from the Photos app. Deleting the app also removes Makara content and local preferences.

6. Support requests

When you email us, your address, message, and any technical information you voluntarily provide are processed to answer your request and investigate the issue. We aim to retain support records for no longer than 12 months after a request is closed, although legal obligations may require longer retention. Do not include unnecessary private photos or personal information in your message.

Support correspondence is processed in the support@seviyelabs.com mailbox, whose email infrastructure is provided by GoDaddy. GoDaddy is a global service provider, and support messages may be processed on systems outside Türkiye. GoDaddy’s Privacy Policy applies to its own processing.

7. Advertising and third parties

The current production version contains no active advertising SDK and displays no ads. Before an ad-supported version is released, this policy will describe the provider, data types processed, purposes, international transfers, preference controls, and any tracking practices. The App Store privacy disclosure will also be updated.

8. Your rights

You may send requests under Article 11 of the KVKK to support@seviyelabs.com. We may request enough information to verify your identity when responding, but will not request unnecessary information.

9. Children’s privacy

Anı Tonu is not specifically designed for children. If you believe a child’s personal data has been sent to us through the support channel, contact us to request its deletion.

10. Security and changes

We keep photo processing on the device wherever possible and request only the permissions needed for app functions. We may update this policy when the product or applicable law changes and will revise the last-updated date.
