Publisher and contact
AnyLeft is a personal finance and document-based expense tracking app operated by Emre Aydın under the Seviye Labs brand. Our official contact is support@seviyelabs.com. This policy describes the current app. An AnyLeft account is not required, and there is no developer-operated backend receiving your receipts, payment documents, or financial records.
Local information and OCR
The app stores accounts, transactions, budgets, preferences, and documents you add. Documents may contain names, addresses, bank account numbers, and purchase details. Original images/PDFs, recognized text, extracted fields, and your corrections are stored locally in the app. Only import documents you are entitled to use and store.
OCR uses Apple Vision on the device; PDF text is read locally. The current app does not upload documents or recognized text to an external OCR or AI service. Extracted fields may be wrong; review them before saving a financial transaction.
Originals are stored separately from financial records and use iOS file protection. Separate protection of account IBAN information does not mean every original or recognized word is separately encrypted. Protection also depends on your device and security settings.
Sharing and incoming documents
The iOS share extension copies files you explicitly share into a local App Group container used by AnyLeft and its extension. The main app imports them when opened. Failed imports may remain in the incoming folder for retry; this is not a developer-operated cloud service.
When exporting or sharing a document or report, you choose the destination in the iOS share sheet. The recipient app or service handles that copy under its own policy. AnyLeft cannot delete copies you have shared elsewhere.
iCloud and backups
The current release does not synchronize documents between devices; original files are local. The current app signing configuration does not enable AnyLeft CloudKit synchronization.
iOS, iCloud device backups, or computer backups may include app data according to your Apple settings. Local storage does not mean backups never leave the device. Deleting app data does not necessarily delete older backup copies. Review your backup settings and Apple’s privacy information.
Premium purchases
Purchases and restoration use Apple StoreKit and App Store services. Apple processes payment and subscriptions. AnyLeft reads verified purchase transactions and entitlement status to unlock features; it does not receive your full payment-card details. Manage subscriptions in your Apple account settings. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.
Exchange-rate network requests
When your device region is Türkiye, the app requests public rates from the Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye and fills currencies not published there using ExchangeRate-API. Other regions use ExchangeRate-API. Requests do not contain documents, OCR text, transaction amounts, account names, or IBANs. Providers may receive network information such as your IP address and request timing. Rates are cached locally. Manual rates are available, but the app may still request public rates on launch. Region selection uses device locale, not GPS. The app does not connect to your bank.
Optional analytics and permissions
Product analytics is off by default. If you enable it in Settings, app launches, account and transaction creation types, and Plus offer, purchase, and restore steps are sent to Mixpanel’s EU servers (api-eu.mixpanel.com). Events include a random app identifier, app language, and SDK device/app metadata. Purchase events identify the subscription product, not the price or payment card.
Balances, transaction amounts, merchant names, notes, original documents, OCR text, and other financial records are not sent to Mixpanel. Mixpanel may receive ordinary network metadata on connection; SDK IP-based geolocation is disabled. Turning the setting off stops future events. Contact support@seviyelabs.com to request deletion of previously collected analytics data. The app has no crash-reporting service or advertising tracking. Apple/system diagnostics depend on device settings and Apple’s policies.
Camera and photo access support document capture/import. Face ID supports access to protected account information. You may decline permissions and use other available input methods. Financial documents can contain sensitive information regardless of your permission choices.
Retention, deletion, and support
Records and originals remain on your device until removed using available app controls or until you remove the app. Removing a financial transaction and its original document are separate actions; do not assume one automatically removes the other. Review pending shared imports, exported copies, and system backups separately. The publisher cannot retrieve or remotely delete your local financial records.
If you email support, your address, message, and information you voluntarily provide are processed through the support channel to answer your request. Do not send unnecessary personal information, complete receipts/payment documents, or IBANs. Send requests about support correspondence to our official contact address.
Document limits and notifications
Import accepts up to 30 MB per file; extraction accepts up to 30 PDF pages. Encrypted or unreadable files may be rejected. Reminders, if enabled, schedule notifications on your device. Clear All Data removes local financial records and attempts to remove receipt copies, temporary exports, reminders, and app preferences. The app reports file cleanup failures. Review pending imports and separately stored originals as well.
Changes
This policy must be updated when storage, synchronization, cloud OCR, or diagnostics change. It does not promise error-free OCR, unlimited storage, or absolute security.
