Content and account information
The administrator adds places, coordinates, visit dates, photo URLs, family notes and ratings, and trip plans. Published content is public; drafts and private trip notes are available only to the administrator. Photos are displayed by URL; the app does not upload files.
Visitor sign-in receives a user identifier and, when available, a name and email from the platform. Reviews are linked to the user identifier; the submitted review name, comment, rating and record date are public on published places. Email addresses are not shown in public reviews.
Storage and security
Records are stored in Cloudflare D1. The administrator password is stored as a PBKDF2 hash; session tokens use an HttpOnly cookie that is secure over HTTPS. Sessions last 12 hours. Rate limiting uses a hash derived from the source IP and a short-lived login-attempt record. Signing out revokes the server session.
Content is retained until deletion or until its operational purpose ends. Send deletion and access requests to the contact address. Identity verification may be required; legal or technical retention requirements may affect the request. No automatic account-deletion interface or fixed retention period is promised.
Optional analytics
The Mixpanel integration is prepared but sends nothing without valid project configuration. Analytics is off by default and requires permission in Account. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control override permission. The preference is kept in local storage; withdrawing permission resets the SDK identity and stops future sends. Previously transmitted data is not automatically deleted.
If enabled, usage events cover app opening, pages, map mode, filter type, opening places or trips, successful reviews, copying links and starting sign-in. Search text, comments, names, emails, photos, place names, coordinates and private notes are excluded. Signed-in visitor analytics identifiers are hashed with an app-specific namespace. Administrator analytics, automatic capture and session recording are disabled. IP geolocation is disabled, but a provider can still see an IP during a connection.
External services and requests
Sites/Cloudflare hosting, ChatGPT sign-in, OpenStreetMap tiles, Google Fonts and photo-URL providers may process IP addresses and technical information during requests. Their own policies also apply. If enabled, Mixpanel processes data according to the configured project region. The app offers neither personal-data sales nor advertising targeting.

These product, support and privacy pages are hosted on seviyelabs.com. This website may use Vercel Web Analytics and Google Fonts; network requests can send IP addresses and technical information to those providers. This is separate from the optional Mixpanel analytics in the travel app.
