Getting started and planning
Check today’s forecast, assign staff to coffee and pastries, choose a menu and tap “Open the café”. No staff wages are charged for the first two days.
Use “Pause and plan” to change the menu or staff allocation during a shift. Invest after the day closes. If you cannot pay wages, reduce staff or choose the free owner plan.
Progress and save errors
If you see “Not saved; try again” or “Save could not be opened; files preserved”, do not reset immediately. Note the message and retry saving in Settings. Existing files are preserved after a loading error.
Include your device model, iOS and app version, error message and steps to reproduce the issue. Hide personal information in screenshots.
Closing, backups and reset
A shift pauses in the background; no earnings are calculated while closed. This version does not sync progress across devices. Apple backups depend on your settings; recovery is not guaranteed.
The two-step reset in Settings removes investments and day history while preserving sound, tutorial and measurement preferences. Previous progress cannot be restored. Old backups or previously sent server data are not automatically deleted.
Sound, motion and measurement
Turn off short game sounds in Settings. iOS Reduce Motion reduces decorative scene movement. Economic information is also available as text.
Usage measurement is optional. The service connection is inactive in the current preparation version, so switching it on does not send data to Mixpanel. App Store release and live analytics verification are still incomplete.
